Community Safety

The North Bendale community is a caring neighbourhood where we are concerned about the health and wellbeing of our neighbours. Community safety and crime prevention are everyone’s responsibility to ensure we all have a safe environment within which to live.

As well, by keeping our neighbourhood clean and safe our property values are more likely to increase, which benefits us as property owners. We all know that potential home buyers are concerned if they see graffiti or a messy, poorly kept neighbourhood. They are much more likely to purchase if they see a neat and tidy, well-kept neighbourhood without graffiti or litter. Many real estate agents will tell you this. We do not want to have our neighbourhood deteriorate, and our property values decline.
